This is how to fill your form:

1. Fill in the form given here by the right by submitting your Name, Email and Phone number
2. Click on Submit to generate Remita Invoice
3. Take the remita invoice to any Bank of your choice and make payment OR pay with your card
4. Come back to sis.agpmafara.edu.ng and click on VERIFY PAYMENT OF MATRIC FORM
5. Enter your email and submit to Veify
6. If your payment is succesfull your RRR( Without DASHES) will automatically be your Username and Password
7. Use your Remita RRR as your username and password to login
8. Click on continue application
9. Fill in the form and print a copy for reference
